Supplement recommendations?

Hello all, my first post. Would anyone be able to recommend an effective all round thyroid supplement please. There are so many on amazon and some of the reviews really do seem too good to be true! Im hypothyroid. Many thanks in advance.

You don't need a 'thyroid supplement'. What you do need is optimal dose of Levo (or whatever thyroid hormone you are prescribed) and optimal levels of vitamins and minerals.

What are your latest thyroid results and what dose of thyroid meds are you on? If you post your results with reference ranges members can comment.

Have you had the following tested:

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

If so, post the results with ranges and members can identify any deficencies and suggest supplements where necessary.

Optimal levels (not just in range) of vitamins and minerals are necessary for thyroid hormone to work properly.
