Could you post your most recent thyroid test results so someone can help you? Stay strong.

You've been through an extremely stressful time and it's completely understandable how you're feeling. Have you spoken to anyone about what's been happening?

Grief takes people different times to get over, and I bet people are telling you that you shouldn't be so upset over a *mere* miscarriage, which is hardly helpful.

I suggest you go to Boots and buy some homeopathic Ingnatia 6c. Take twice daily away from food, and don't touch the tablets, just tip them in your mouth. It really helps with the 'crying all the time' kind of grief. It won't stop you being sad or make you woozy or uncaring, it just helps you cope. You can't drink coffee while you take it, but you will probably feel better within a couple of days, and can stop taking it - just take some more when you feel you need it.

The dry stuff is probably too little thyroid medicine, but we would need to see your test results.

Do you know to take your thyroxine first thing in the morning with only water, and an hour before any food or drink?

Reading your post made me cry I had a stillbirth 26 years ago and obviously it still hits me at times BUT I can assure you in time it does get easier to deal with, I went onto have a live healthy baby less than a year later and always told my son he has a brother in heaven to which at 3 years old told a very nosey elderly lady who asked if he had an older brother or sistet and said I have one in heaven you have never seen an elderly lady Sprint of so fast!! Please talk to people as suggested is there a support group you can go to? I actually find it easier to offload to strangers they know how you feel their feeling it to does your partner know how you feel his feeling it to. Can you have a plant/area that you can sit that you dedicate as a memory to your child? It's hard go to Dr about skin etc I always write things down take a freind try to be strong I know it's really hard and tiring but YOU deserve to be listened to and help in feeling better please never forget that

Good luck big hugs for strength to get through your awful times and love for better times ahead x

Will all that has been happening to you my gut feeling is that you are undermedicated. But we would need your latest bloods to give us the fuller picture. If you have t been tested for a while then it might be a good idea to have them redone.

Thinking of you.

You poor wee soul. You have been through so much. The physical aspect which you are telling us about certainly sounds like a thyroid which is under treated. It sounds as if you need to see your Dr & tell them exactly how you feel. The tears every day can come with an underactive thyroid, but my dear you have lost part of your future. A miscarriage is not something you get better of, you may also need help with your emotional pain & loss. Perhaps your Gp can advise you in this area also. Please try to get the 'strength' to see your Dr. I wish I could write something more to help you, but I don't know what to say. I am thinking of you. Please be kind to yourself.

I wish you peace & Love Pixiewixie xx
