How to Report a Private Message

If you receive an unsolicited PM (Private Message), please Report It.

Here is how to do it:

1) At the top of a private message box, you see the name of the sender on the left next to their avatar.

2) To the right of the senders name, in light grey, is the time the message was sent, followed by the word more and a drop down arrow.

3) To report the message, click on more, or the arrow. This makes a Report/mute button pop up.

4) Click on the Report button, and you will be presented with a box saying:

Why do you want to report this? With 'Select reason' and a drop down list.

5) Click on the drop down arrow to get a list of options to choose from as to why you are reporting the message. (Spam, Self-Harm, Member under 16 years old, Inappropriate and Other)

6) Choose an appropriate option from the list, and add any additional information in the message box if you want to (this is optional).

Finally, click the Blue Report Button and you're done.

And AFTER you've reported the message, you can of course delete it from your message list.

You can also use this method to 'Mute' a user.

If you click on Mute you will get this message:
