Best blood results so far? Body temperature remains low

no vitamin results as they tested those two months ago

TSH 0.01 (0.35-5.00)

FT4 14 (9-19)

FT3 4 (2.6-5.7)

Basal body temperature (armpit) average around 36.2 which seems low

any thoughts are much appreciated.

Well, despite your low TSH (which is irrelevant anyway) you are still a bit under-medicated. Your FT4 is just mid-range, and your FT3 is just slightly under mid-range. Most people need it up the top of the range to feel well. :)

Thanks greygoose i increased levo by 25 on alternate days, wondering if i should just stick to 150 every day or increase T3...and shall i do something about this low temperature? weirdly enough is the first winter that i don't feel that my fingers will fall off!

If you can't convert the levo correctly, there's not much point in increasing it. I think you'd be better off increasing the T3. There's not much you can do about the temperature, except optimise your levels.
