In the morning my hands are that swollen and stiff I can not make fist.But have notice my fingers are tight when bending them and joints a bit painfull when bending them.And just had my tea and feel bad again.Any advice would be well come

What medication are you on? Have you had any recent blood tests? If you post them answers here someone should be able to help you.

Levo 75mg blood test next week

Dort think levo dos that much for me.OK in the morning till about 2 then can feel I am getting sleepy feel not right gets worse after eating and so on

It takes time to get the dose right when you have your blood test results post them on the site you should get plenty of help from the knowledgeable people on here O.K.

That was one of the first sighn for me hands like that clip from the kenny everit show don’t worry it gets better and your quality of life will come back it’s just finding what’s right for you
