My bloods recently came back as hypothyroid again but the issue that I'm not sure about is my t4 7.4 nmol (10 to 21.nmol) t3 (2.8 nmol ) but my TSH still remained .03 which does appear very low since my thyroid level are so low too!
Has anyone had similar experience!

Welcome to our forum and sorry to hear you have been so unwell.
Low thyroid hormone together with a low TSH could indicate a possible pituitary problem and be called secondary hypothyroidism.
As the pituitary regulates other glands such as the adrenals and ovaries, this would mean all other hormones would be effected including your sex hormones.
It can be either damage (a head injury) or a tumor or may even be the hypothalamus that secretes TRH to encourage TSH production.
The TSH in people with a dysfunctional hypothalamus or pituitary gland will never accurately reflect their actual thyroid hormone levels. Treatment is the same as in primary hypothyroidism, thyroid hormone replacement such as Levo or NDT.
Your T4 is much too low and you haven't given T3 levels (only the range).
Sorry my t3 was 2.1 nmol which has started to improve with t3 it was 4.6nmol yesterday's results But I'm still tired thought but can think at least ! My thinking is something that I find difficult I don't get depressed or anxious but have excessive fatigue and very slowed thinking !
Can I suggest you give a more descriptive title to your post. It would encourage people to read it if they know what it is about. E.g. "Help with low TSH and low thyroid hormones" or something like that.
