Mmamuk,

HbA1C is a test for diabetes. 39 is low and doesn't indicate diabetes.

TSH 2.15 is a little high for most people and indicates under medication. Most people are comfortable with TSH 1.0 or lower.

Greatly appreciated for making the time and effort for looking into this. I'm learning more from you guys and the 2 websites (Thyroid UK and TPA) than I've ever learnt from any visits to the GP, hospital doctors/surgeons, physiotherpists, etc.

Taking charge of own's problems and with some good advice from some good sources is a great healing process in itself.
