Cold fingers
could be Reynauds as well, I have that now and my hands and feet are cold most of the time. I have had a hot water bottle on my feet at bedtime all through the summer
I have socks in bed most of the summer and gloves were on yesterday for first time this autumn. Beta blockers will also cause cold feet. But then I have always had poor circulation .
If it is Reynauds, your fingers turn white and you lose all feeling in them. When you get them warm, the pain as the circulation returns is agony! I work outside all year, and regularly have to come in for a warm pair of gloves, warm socks etc. I have had this for many years and find as soon as I get "the feeling", I stick my hands in my hair or on the back of my neck - it can help although it looks a little odd!
