I haven't had my iron levels checked in a year but here are the results from that test:
iron 79 (55-170)
iron saturation 24% (20-50) %
iron binding capacity 336 (250-450)
ferritin 139 (10-120)
My hair is falling out at an alarming rate, especially on the top of my head. I have always had very thick hair and now can tell most everywhere on my head is considerably thinner. I take many supplements now and have turned most things around just wondering if I should've done something about the iron also.

Ferritin was over range which may indicate you had inflammation or infection somewhere in the body.
Iron looked ok to me, certainly not deficient.
I would have ferritin and iron retested, and test zinc and thyroid levels if they haven't been tested in the last six months, as low levels of any of them are a common cause of hair loss.

Unfortunately the clauses of hair loss is complex.
Your iron levels all look fine - do you have a haemoglobin result and a C reactive protein (CRP)? If you do edit your initial post as that will help confirm whether your iron levels are likely fine and whether you have inflammation.
Other causes of hair loss include thyroid hormones, inadequate vitamin B12 levels and vitamin D deficiency levels. So if you have those results again post them.
b12, d3, selineum, thryoid panel, dht and testosterone, hormone imbalance of any kind...so those need to be checked....and a check by derm dr to makes sure scalp ok
