Amy advises everyone with autoimmune Hashi and Graves to go gluten free.

Also suggests even non-autoimmune thyroid would benefit from being gluten free

Thanks just had a quick read very interesting, have all ready got the gluten free bread so I'll start cutting it out.

Don't know whether this is connected but I've got a sliding hiatus hernia which doesn't help

If going to do it, it has to be 100%. Nothing made from wheat, barley or rye

Best bread I have found is M&S

annoyingly Malt vinegar comes from Barley.....and its in a LOT of things....ketchup, pickles, BBQ sauces etc. But increasingly manufacturers are swopping to spirit vinegar. This is fine

Beer and larger - only gluten free ones allowed.
