As arthritis is an inflammatory condition it may help to look at your gut health. Do you have any gut issues ? It may help to be gluten free.
Also how are your VitD levels ? Also B12.

Are You sure leg pain is not caused by low vitamin D?
Have you had levels tested?
Hi I have arthritis in my Knees , hands and now I am getting It in my feet, I take dihydrocodine Its the only meds that help with the pain, i cant take anti inflammatory as I have stomach problems, I had a Knee replacement last year and waiting for an appointment to have the other Knee replaced. Last year I was getting pains in my legs, my vitD was only 9 ,once I started supplementing it did help the leg pain, but not knee pain. I sympathise with you as arthritis is so painful.
I cured arthritis in my knees by the blood type diet: I'm blood group A and cut out tomatoes, potatoes and oranges and have had no trouble since. But we're all different, I do hope you can find what works for you. Margaret Hill's book Curing Arthritis is really good.
