Even when I drink a new water I have to make sure it doesn't have high concentration of minerals or sodium otherwise it will keep me in hyperactive state I cannot even sleep. I'm taking 100 mcg of Levothyroxine due to low TSH from pituitary.

Anxiety hyperactivity and Alertness When consuming too much salt or magnesium
Ali,
If you have thyroid issues, your adrenals will be working hard to support, and after a time, adrenal hormones may become compromised.
Adrenal glands usually love salt and many have to add extra to their diets but when hormones become so unbalanced, reactions may change.
Lowered aldosterone will lower salt retention, elevated aldosterone retains more sodium in the body. What is your blood pressure like ? Do you have water retention ? ..
Your GP may test cortisol and DHEA, and electrolytes (sodium and potassium), etc.
If you want to support your adrenals, it is useful to perform a saliva test that measures the available "active" cortisol (& DHEA) secreted at set times over a 24 hours period. The results will allow you to see any imbalances in the daily circadian pattern so enabling use of correcting supplements to aid your adrenal health. Unfortunately this test is not generally used or recognised by GP's.

The cost is £77.00 which is a discounted price for THyroidUK when code A42AQ is used.
My blood pressure tend to be normal or low. I have low pulse many times during the day. Once I get in this state because accidental increased salt/magnesium intake, all I do is drink water and go to restroom all night. It looks like my body trying to flush excess salt. I will consider saliva test you mentioned above.
I don't know what happened to me too about a month. I never had this problem before, I slept very well on levo with our without ndt or if I added t3. This sleep problem is slowly kill me. I can't get into a deep rem sleep. I'm very tired, lose my concentration, etc. My endo referred me to a psychiatrist who told me I'm little depressed and anxious maybe due to my levo medication. She offered me 6 month tratament with sertraline (zoloft) .I don't think I'm depressed and don't know what to do. I feel my self in hyperactive state too but I think the problem is adrenals related.
