Have now been on 15mcg t3 with 75mcg t4 (dropped from 100) for 7 days now which I take at bedtime. Still feeling like hell especially with my really high cortisol levels causing me severe anxiety for so much of the day and a high rt3.
Think it's time to up my t3 again to 20mcg but not sure where to add it. I had read that t3 won't do high cortisol levels any favour.
In a pickle and just don't know what to do. Whether to add it on to bedtime or try and introduce it somewhere in the day.
Need some help please
