What dose of magnesium, selenium and K2 do people take?

425 mg Magnesium Malate; 100 mcg K2; and I'm not taking selenium at the moment, but I was taking 75 µg.

My magnesium citrate dose is 350mg.

My selenium dose is 250mcg at the moment (150mcg in a multi my practioner recommended, plus 100mcg in a separate one she recommended) but I am going to reduce that as 200mcg seems to be the most you should take unless you are deficient and I believe that 400mcg is the maximum then.

My K2 comes in a K Complex that gives 200mcg of K2-MK7 and I am going to change that in a couple of weeks when the bottle finishes to just K2-MK7 and the one I'm thnking of is 90mcg.
