Sympathetic Endo ?

I'm new here. Can anyone recommend a sympathetic Endo, preferably near Birmingham , but I'm prepared to travel anywhere in England. Ideally I'd like to try NDT, but know this is nigh impossible, so maybe try T3 first ??
