Congratulations. Keep it up. How much do you want to loose in total?

I'm also having some success with weight loss next week I hope to reach one stone weight loss.

No I'm not doing slimming world just doing it myself. I've been walking more gradually increasing daily steps in January I was averaging 4000 steps a day last week was averaging 8000 a day. Also have cut down on snacks, alcohol and portion sizes. I needed to loose 3 1/2 stone when I started. It was really hard with little results in the first three months but it's become more of a habit now and I'm more focused

Best of luck

we find at SW that alcohol is one of the worst for weight gain (i dont drink so wouldnt know)

eggs veg and fruit heped me this week i ate lots and it worked

good luck and im sure beffore you know it you will have reached your target

It must be good to see things moving in the right direction, tho and when you're optimally medicated it should be easier. I very much admire your perseverance; you must be starting to notice your clothes getting looser now. One fine day I will have a go... :)
