Hypo and b12

Just wondering if anyone with hypothyroid has had to alter their thyroxine dose after having b12 injections

I didn't. But my dose has always gone up and down. Are you feeling over- or under-medicated?

Under medicated, I thought with the b12 I may have to cut some of the thyroxine but it seems I need more. Just wondered if that was normal reaction. My dose also has always gone up and down but never up and up!

As far as I'm aware it didn't change anything thyroid-related for me. But if you feel a bit under maybe it's time for a test?

My dose went right up and up, then down and down. For a while it seemed every time I had a test I needed a reduction.

I've had to increase (never decrease) my thyroxine, but I just thought that was normal with Hashimoto's. I don't think it has had anything to do with having the B12 injections.

I don't have hashimotos and been on thyroxine for 45 years and never needed the amount I need since having b12 injections.....it just seems strange as I thought I may need less
