Leilany,
Optimal dose is when you feel well. Your results look good, TSH is low and FT3 just shy of the top third of range, but if you are symptomatic you may find a dose increase to raise FT3 and lower TSH helpful.

I do feel good, there is a little room for improvement. Or was, I am now pregnant and taking my old synthroid again as per my doctors orders, she will not allow me on ndt while pregnant I'm hoping not to start feeling like crap again like last year when my synthroid stopped working.
Why do they not allow ndt while pregnant?
Leilany,
Congratulations! Some hypothyroid women find they feel very well during pregnancy. Hope that's the case for you.
In the UK women are often taken off T4+T3 and given T4 only for the duration of the pregnancy. I always supposed that it is because it is easier to manage thyroid levels on T4 only but it may be that T4 only generally results in higher FT4 which is desirable during pregnancy.
