Montains, anti-TPO 56 means you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes hypothyroidism. You may be able to slow progression by adopting 100% gluten-free diet.

TSH 0.29 is low-normal but FT4 9.8 is below range. In primary hypothyroidism TSH would normally rise when FT4 &/or FT3 are low. FT3 is currently good but will drop without T4 replacement. You should ask your GP to consider secondary hypothyroidism which is caused by pituitary dysfunction. The thyroid gland is usually healthy but unable to produce T4 without sufficient TSH stimulus.

Montains, Scratch what I said earlier, I missed that you are taking NDT. It's normal to have low FT4 on NDT but FT3 could be higher. If you're symptomatic you could raise NDT to 90mcg.

Thank you, My GP does not believe in NDT, and so hard to find a naturopath who knows enough about hypothyroidism

Not sure how much NDT you are taking, but your results suggest you need a raise.

Am taking 60mg, what will a increase do to my FT3 and TSH as they are good.

The aim with NDT is to raise until you are free if symptoms. If you look at the STTM site they give advice on NDT. When results are optimum you will probably have supressed TSH, FT4 mid range and FT3 in top third of the ramge.
