Some people do feel worse when raising a dose of levo. It surprised me a lot as I couldn't figure out why - when taking a hormone replacement that you could feel worse than before being diagnosed.
Sometimes it is due to the fact that we aren't yet on an optimum so that we feel well and it is a slow process to gradually increase to a dose dose to that makes us feel much better.
