Hi I had r.a.I treatment 4 days ago for graves disease had been off carbimazole for 1 week prior to treatment but today my overactive thyroid seems to have kicked off can I go back on carbimazole. .please answer. .Mary H

No don't just do that. definitely see your GP. It is early days so you will be a bit up and down. I had this treatment twice within 14 months of each other over 22 years ago. My gland still as a bit of life left in it, but am Hashi's now. xx Wishing you well
