Help with thyroid results

Hi just wondering if it's normal for thyroid results to fluctuate in 2 weeks.6th of may free t4 =11pmol/L.Range (9.0-19.0)Tsh=3.9 mu/LRange (0.3-5.0).18th of may free t4=(13.4 Tsh=1.54.I haven't been diagnosed but have lots of symptoms & drs reluctant to do further tests.

Yes, TSH & thyroid hormones fluctuate as follow a circadian pattern.

Test times and eating will influence the test results so members try for an early appointment whilst fasting when TSH should be at its highest ... and results are like for like.

You advised of low Vit B12, Vit D, folate and ferritin. These will need supplementing as a "just in range" result may be viewed by your doctor as "normal" but will not be the optimal level required for good thyroid hormone synthesis.
