Out of context, it's hard to say.

Is she taking thyroid hormones? If so, what?

FT4 seems a little low, which may not be a concern if she's on Armour or similar NDT.

But if she's on levothyroxine and still not feeling well, there's room for a dose increase.

And if she's not taking thyroid hormones at all - there's something else going on...

Thank you for replying -she was on Armour   but the doctor switched her to levothyroxine and she hasn't felt that good since.  Always tired and has gained weight.  She sees the doctor Friday and wanted some input as she wants to tell her she wants to go back on Armour.  Thank you
