hi mandy72, that's not a 'gain' that's a blip.... and absolutely nothing to worry about ..... just remember your original starting weight and how well you have done so far , as I said before slow & gentle will help to help to keep it off long term without affecting yourself .....keep going girl we are all with you .....alan
Hi Mandy, humans are hard-wired for sugar but it does cause inflammation in the body, an unwelcome visitor if you have hashi's. Have you been tested for diabetes?
