Hi i am hoping that someone can help me with foods that are good to eat and bad to avoid ...As this seems to be very contradictive i have found ..
i have a very poor appetite most of the time due to feeling so crap most of the time ...to start with so i am making sure to eat more....
i am mostly a vegetarian diet as i am not really a big meat eater and in fact hardly ever have any ...
i mostly as said ear vegetarian which mostly consists of high levels of Soya as it is in most if not all Vegetarian Dishes .....And Love Almond And Coconut Soya Milk ....Etc
But from what i have seen and read it seems that SOYA is A Food To Avoid ....But Then I Saw Also It Is Not To Be Avoided ..So i am sooo confused as newly diagnosed with HyperActive Thyroid So was wondering Has Anybody Got Any Great Tips On What To Eat And What To Avoid In Our Food Diets ...Thank You xx

It's always confusing to know what to eat, and which foods to avoid.
When I was first diagnosed with Graves, I came across a website called naturalendocrinesolutions, and the doctor on that site is really informative regarding all aspects of tackling Graves.
Hopefully this link will take you to the website, and you'll be able to research more for yourself on which foods are going to be helpful in your Graves journey.
Thank you for getting back to me with your great advice :))....I will defo have a look and do some research on foods ...because it is very conflicting and confusing as some say soya some say no soya for example ...
and believe it or not Arab i eat a lot of flowers too hahaha ...Especially Dandellions and Lavender lol among many others too in salads etc they are packed with great stuff and no i am not cray cray hahahaha....
so i will see if there is any mentions about flowers etc lol ...
Have a great day Arab and thanks for the link .....:)) ......Peace .....
