which one?

I'm considering self medicating and trying NDT.  Which one do people think is the best at the moment - I am aware that some have changed their formulas/prices or are difficult to get hold of.  I would prefer few fillers.

I would also appreciate PM's how to actually get hold of this stuff - i'm in the UK.

Many thanks.
