Hi I have had blood results back that show negative to antibodies. Does this mean I don't have Graves' disease?

Sarah8,

It depends which antibody tests were done.  Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobin (TSI) or Thyroid Receptor Antibodies (TRab) are the antibody tests for Graves.  Thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb) are tests Hashimoto's.
