Latest blood test and joint pains

I suffer from Crohns, fb and inflmatory artheritus due to Crohns. I'm also on 75mg Levo as a result of goitre removal about 12 years back. Crohns was diagnosed 5 years back.. I was on steroid for joint pains and Azio. I came off both a year back and decided to manage through diet. I make my own kafier with raw milk and careful with my diet ...a lot of greens , veg juices and fish.Whilst not gluten free I have v little bread in my diet. I suffer from tremendous joint pains in my shoulders and feel really miserable. My Crohns under control thank fully.Recently I got a full blood test done. Please help me with the results . It's a lot of result for a full MOT! I can't load it into one post so will try a second post...

I also contacted ldn trust after a lot of research and finally I'm getting my Ldn tomorrow. I will start on 1 mg a day. Any comments from ldn user will be really appreciated...am bit nervous at the mo starting ldn and its out come.....though everything I read was positive.

B12 is low in range, PA Society recommend 1,000 is optimal. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin too. Folate is good.

Alkaline Phosphatase through to Creatinine are all within range.

GFR >90 indicates good kidney function.

Ferritin is very elevated which usually indicates inflammation/infection somewhere in the body.

Type 'low unsaturated iron binding' and 'high iron-binding saturation' and 'low bilirubin' into labtestsonline.org.uk or Google for explanations.

If you have sensitivity to gluten even the smallest amount will cause digestive issues. Gluten is 'hidden' in many preparations, not just bread. As you have Crohns it may be worth trying 100% gluten-free for 3 or 4 months to see whether symptoms improve.
