Good morning, positive for Graves but only prescribed propranolol X 120mg per day. Still waiting for next endo appointment but they have cancelled March appointment and rescheduled for May. Still living half life on a good day, supplementing with sub lingual B12 tabs and spray, vit D, folic acid and B complex. Any suggestions for anything that may help before I am in trouble at work as barely keeping up with workload?

Susiebertie, TSH 1.59 and FT4 12.4 are euthyroid. Those results mean you are not currently hyperthyroid. Propranolol can suppress thyroid levels so you may want to reduce dose and wean off Propranolol if heart rate has calmed down.
