help with results please hypothyroidism

hi could some one tell me what these results show. I had a blood test yesterday as still got hypothyroid symptoms despite being on 100mg levothroxine. was diagnosed 6 years ago.

t4 18.93

tsh .0.11

vit d level 35

Your D3 is woefully low. Please start supplementing asap

Without ref ranges it's hard to comment on the results. In any case, the most important one is missing: T3. NHS will not test it so suggest you get your own test. It is probably out of range.

Thanks for your reply. got get prescription later for vit d. got another app with doc Friday still trying to get him to refer me to endo not sure if will help .
