You are hypothyroid because you've had a thyroidectomy. You may need to tweak your dose or meds. You posted earlier that TSH is 1.23 and FT4 19 but there is no result for FT3. I recommend you have a private thyroid test to check FT3 from Blue Horizon or Genova via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...
Thyroidectomised patients don't always convert sufficient T3 from Levothyroxine only and may need the addition of Liothyronine (T3).
