This may sound like a daft question but is it OK to take 2 1/2 grains of Erfa one day and 3 the next? My ideal dose appears to be 2 3/4 but buying 1 grain tablets is more expensive than 2 grain. This would make it cheaper but I have not read of anyone else doing this.

I do exactly that just at a slightly lower dose. I actually find I get a better result that way than when I split a tablet and take the same amount each day. I have no idea why. I can't say that I feel wonderful all the time but get more good moments doing it this way.

That is what I do. .. on alternate days I take 30 mgs (1/2) grain more then I take on other days. If I take a full dose every day, after a week or so, I can feel myself getting hyper (mild heart palps). Building up in my system, maybe?

Try it what have you got to lose? It'll either work for you or it won't.
