I don't have hashi's but know that many hashi's members have found that going gluten-free food has reduced their thyroid antibodies.
I'll also give you a link which may be helpful.
Welcome to the forum, Soulafa.
Low TSH <1.0 and 100% gluten-free diet are the best ways to reduce antibodies.

If your TSH is 11 you are undermedicated. You won't stop your thyroid from being progressively destroyed but you might be able to slow the progress. Eventually you will be taking a full replacement dose of thyroid hormones, which will be more than 75mcg.
i would subscribe to Dr. Isabella Wentz's emails. You can get rid of hashi's thru functional medicine.
thank you all for your reply concerning gluten free diet how can i replace diary foods because they are containing calcium , and can something stop this destruction and reduce the drug intake from 75 to 50 or 25 mg if i take gluten free diet
