I am on 60mcg of T3 only. Is anybody else on a higher dose of T4 only? My T3 level is only 3.77.

Thanks

How often do you take it ?

I routinely take 100mcg, and up it to 125 when it is very cold (like now), or if I am unusually active. If I need the higher dose there is no doubt in my mind - my pulse drops, my bp goes up and I feel tired and constipated!

I take most of it at about 0400 if I wake up, or before I get out of bed if I haven't woken - then add in the extra before lunch if I need it.
