Interesting article, Josiesmum - thanks for that. I have adrenal fatigue (which I'm trying to rectify) and have recently found (over the last year) that certain foods make me feel really ill (celery, garlic, peppers, etc). I didn't realise there was a link like this. I've also had what my GP calls "unexplained pain and swelling", so this explains that too. Of course, the doctors just dismiss me and say they don't know what's causing it and can't do anything about it. Fortunately, largely thanks to this forum, I've become more knowledgeable about these kinds of issues and am now trying to address them myself.
