Just ordered my t3 5mcg tablets

Finally decided to try t3 after months of feeling depressed and picking up every bug going. Hopefully get it before Xmas coming from america.will be doing blue horizon thyroid ten blood test next week so I know what to dose myself with t3 when it arrives. any tips greatly received.

It's quite easy to change over. Dependent upon your levo dose - 25mcg of T3 is approx in effect between 75 and 100mcg levo. If you've been on levo already, usually you can just switch over but I would use a slightly lower dose of T3 initially and then work up every 2 weeks with an increase of 1/4 or 1/2 and towards your optimum take 1/4 only and you can then drop back easily to the previous dose. Always keep an eye on temp and pulse initially as a guide.
