Just a quick question.......

Do many if you do your temperature during the day???

I did take it sometimes during the day, i.e. if I felt cold or hot but even though I felt hot/cold my temp was usually the same.

I have felt overly hot and temperature is actually lowish.

I don't get it.... I took mine 30mins ago and it was 99.0 so I raised the question here

Just done it again and it's now 98.3..... So I have no clue as to whether to take notice of it or just ignore it

Was getting worried it was the t3 but don't think the change would be so dramatic that quick

I think there can be variations in temp.

A test which was found to be helpful before blood tests were introduced was the Basal Temp Test.

So 98.6 is only the average body temp and can be 1 degree higher and there not be any relevance to it

Yes - some also have lower temps too.

I think if our temp goes higher than normal for us we don't feel too good.

Plus our 'healthy' body regulates our temp very well indeed.

This is how to check temps..... You do the chart by testing throughout the day and plotting the average.

I do it regularly. Things that might affect is if you just ate or how much clothes you had on just before measuring the temp.
