I was just wondering what your temperature should be, when you should take it and what does it show or prove and what should you do about it.

I will be interested in the answer to this!

Hypothyroid creeps up on me, sometimes I have been on 100mcg sometimes 75 mcg. Any marker that could be used would be good. I got a thermometer recently.

Best wishes Cheerful One
