Normal temperature is said to be 36.5–37.5 °C.

As you are new to the forum, and there is nothing in your profile and no further information in your post, it's hard to know how to respond to your question other than to say it's lower than normal.

Do you have a diagnosed thyroid condition?

Is your temperature normally low like that?

We can help with thyroid related issues but we're not medically qualified so maybe it's something your mam should be discussing with her GP.

My temperature has always been below what is considered normal. It’s normal for me though.

Has your Mum been tested for thyroid or endocrine function? & has your Mum been tested for vitamin levels & electrolyte levels ?

Thyroid is said to be the major component driver in both energy & temperature levels.

Hi no it’s fairly low.

See wwwdrmyhill.co.uk and in the search engine on the top right hand corner of the home page type in orchestra.

36.50 is the average under arm temp.

I have asthma and it never affects my temps. Nor is it mentioned on asthma UK.

My understanding is high blood pressure may increase your temperature not lower it.

Not a great time for investigation but has her thyroid/ adrenals been tested? I take it she is not on statins?
