NHS endo or private

How do I go about getting T3 tested..my gp only doing tsh and t4....I live on Suffolk Essex border UK....are there any NHS endos interested in thyroid....most iv seen locally seem diabetes more than thyroid...or how do I find private.... All advice welcome
