Throat pressure

I'm getting that slight pressing feeling on my throat again. Any ideas?

Jody, could be undermedication, Hashi flare or plain old sore throat/infection.

Yeah I'm erring on the side of undermedicated. My t4 came back at 9.3 last time I've raised to 2.5 again from 2.25. Feel warm but I'm bunged up and struggling to sleep

Jody, FT4 is often low due to T3 in NDT. FT3 is a better guide to optimal medication.
