Cortisol saliva test results - advice please

I got my cortisol saliva results from Genova last week but didn't post them on here as I had my first endo appointment today. He seems to think that they look OK. Whenever I've seen analysis of the DHEA : Cortisol ratio, it always seems to be 5:1 or 6:1 so my result has confuddled me somewhat. Also the fact that the DHEA is under range in the pm and pretty close to the lower end in the morning makes me think that something's not right - can someone help me understand what's really going on?

No worries Clutter - I did notice that there weren't so many posts dealing with cortisol saliva tests. I'll wait and see what other results come out of the tests the endo did and then repost if necessary. Thanks for replying
