Cortisol results, both saliva and serum cortisol blood test, advice please

Hi, following prior posts on my cortisol results, all either low in range or under, I stopped adrenavive supplentation as per great advice from Hidden and undertook a further saliva test. Though am had improved, the other 3 have dipped. As suggested I saw my GP and requested a serum cortisol blood test. Though I have't spoken to my GP practice I noticed this morning my results were on line, test done at 8:45 last Friday. Results said normal, with a value of 330nmol, no range evident. I'm aware from previous feedback that potentially anything under 400 should be investigated, but suspect I will have a battle on my hands in terms of a referral. A couple of questions, I'm assuming this result now excludes Addisons, which would be a positive, if so is it worth pushing for further testing, or should I try to help myself via supplementation again, adrenal cocktail? My main issue is extreme fatigue, difficulty in getting up in the morning, dip in energy in the afternoon, headache more often and muscle weakness, which I understand can be linked to Cortisol, and occasional dizzy spells, nausea, though not on an ongoing basis. Any thoughts, guidance on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

It probably does exclude Addisons but doesn't exclude Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency which is where the the pituitary gland doesn't work properly. You're right that anything under 400nmol/Ls should prompt further investigations, have a look at this & take it to your GP addisonsdisease.org.uk/Hand...
