Clubby, take iron with vitC and 4 hours away from Levothyroxine, the others 2 hours away except the sublingual B12 can be taken any time.

Thank you, just been referred to endo my gp has just decided she doesn't want to treat me anymore.Im at the edges of my ranges and still showing symptoms, could be a long wait so I need any help I can get, vit's and mins seem a good place to start.

Clubby, the best place, low vit/min symptoms can mimic hypothyroid. Good ferritin/iron aids absorption of thyroid meds, and good vitD levels aid T4 to T3 conversion.

Get a print-out of your most recent blood test results with the ranges (figures in brackets) and post for comments. If you don't have them to hand today put them on a new post.

We are entitled to copies just ask the surgery.

I hope your Endo is a good one.

Clutter, I have seen advice on here that vit.C taken with Levo aids absorption . From your advice I take it iron can interfere with Levo absorption but vit C assists iron absorption?
