TSH >2 is a sign the thyroid is beginning to struggle to produce hormone, and FT4 is low in range. FT3 4.82 is good. It's low T3 which causes hypothyroid symptoms. You are unlikely to get a NHS diagnosis until TSH is >4.2 or FT4 <12. Supplementing 200mcg selenium may improve thyroid function.
B12 358 is low in range, 1,000 is optimal. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches and take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced. Folate is good.
