cellulose-containing NDT drugs and cellulase?

Sorry, I am sure this question has already been asked, and I apologise in advance.

What I would like to know is if anyone has had good results from taking Armour (or any other NDT drug containing cellulose) with cellulase (to break down cellulose)? If so, which drug and which supplement did you take, and which ones (if any) worked for you?

Anna - promise I'm not meaning to be funny, but you seem a little fixated on this issue. If cellulose slows down digestion of Armour (1) that actually might be a good thing for a drug that contains T3 and (2) the worst case scenario would seem to be that you might need slightly more Armour than you might expect to compensate for that which passes straight on through on the back of the cellulose. Or am I missing something?

I know what you mean about fixation...in my case, it comes from the STTM which, a few years back, made a huge deal out of the reformulation of Armour, and the addition of cellulose...no, I am not criticizing the STTM, it's a very good and informative site, but you need to know when to distance yourself somewhat from all the information there...

I agree with you, I could be a good thing if cellulose slows down absorption, especially given how fast-acting T3 is...

Just to make things much, much more complicated. There are numerous different forms of cellulase! The word itself simply means "an enzyme that breaks down cellulose" - and does not identify a specific enzyme.

How any specific cellulase works in the human gut on the form of cellulose used in Armour is a much more specific question - and very much more difficult to answer.
