I used pure encapsulations thyroid support with it in it.....itlowered my tsh from 2.12 to 1.86 but my free t3 stayed the same ..I can say this...I went from being exhausted to being alive and having energy again ......shocked it is that great.....but with hair loss and low ft3, having to take t3 meds
