I did thyroid per oxidase AB test and the result is 59.40H IU/mL (0.00-5.61). Would someone mind explaining me about this result . Does it need to worry ?

Welcome to the forum, Chann-lynn.

The result means you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). It is likely to make you hypothyroid in the following years. Adopting 100% gluten-free diet can help slow progression to hypothyroidism and may reduce the antibodies.
