Can anyone advise about blood testa results?

Hi

Could anyone give me some advice on my blood testa please? Feb this test TSH 0.67 and T4 18, tester this weekend again TSH 0.76 and T4 16.3

Would this suggest That i need my meds increased? Or stay the same? Currently on 50mg levothyroxine but feeling exhausted and weight going up and up!

Doctor has said no action required bit i dont feeling right So wanted to get advice from you lovely people!

Arwenamen,Your FT4 has dropped and that's why your TSH has risen. Ask for a dose increase to see whether symptoms improve. If your FT4 range goes up to 22 there is plenty of scope for a dose increase.

Ask for ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate to be tested. Low/deficient levels are common in hypothyroid patients and can make you fatigued and 'off'.

Thanks for the reply. Ive left a message for the doctor asking for an increase so ill have to waiting and see.
