Hi ,I was taking 50 mcg t3 onlyfor 2 weeks ,pulse was in ninties and felt worse than usual .Went down to 40 mcg and now been on 45 mcg for a week.Pulse was in 74- 80 when previously at 45 mcg dose ,but now in 80 s. Feel so heavy and lethargic still ,I do something ,rest and do something else,no energy to go out and socialise

now for 2 years nearly.

Hi there. No answer - just some thoughts. Whatever total daily dose of T3

your taking, are you splitting it up into divided doses, i.e. easing the impact.

Some find this useful. Have you checked your Adrenal status ? Some find

a little support needed when starting on Thyroid Meds. Have you good

levels of vits/minerals ? I am troubled with elevated heart rate & still haven't

nailed the reason, so appreciate your position.

Thanks QUE6T-33 had Adrenals tested 2 weeks ago and looking good.My vit and minerals could be better ,going to get supplements.I have had Hashis for 15 yrs ,was on thyroxine ,but became suddenly so ill had to go on t3 only,it has hepled ,but still not right.They say it is all about getting your ducks all in a row,but it takes so long .Hope you find the answer soon

Oh, thank you. I had to add a little Armour to my T3 dosing,

as T3 being taken up too quickly. Helped even it out a

bit. Take care.

I am still having issues with T3 only. Am taking 52.5 at the moment and cant get above that dose without increased blood pressure and heart rate. Still have most of my symptoms, the only thing to have improved is not having to nap in the afternoons. I am so stiff, with painful legs I look like the tin man first thing in the morning shuffling around.

I have taken supplements till they come out of my ears and never feel the benefit from them.

Still getting major sweats 1 hour after taking my meds too.
